I have a 16 foot diameter above ground pool, 4 foot deep. This lights up the pool beautifully and is a sturdy product. However, without thinking of it at the time of purchase....I live in a wooded area by a river and this attracted countless moths, bugs, etc. as a bright light does on a summer night. My pool was full of bugs and a swarm covered the water. I couldn't swim at night because of it, so needless to say, depending on where you live in the country, this may or may not be an issue for you. Other than that major issue for my location, it's a great product.

My built in underwater pool light has been inoperative and other than replastering the entire pool, could not replace the light due to age and corrosion of the screws holding the lens plate on. After years of waiting and researching alternatives, I found the Intex rechargeable pool light. Not only does it EXCEED the light display time by hours from the advertised time, the brightness of its illumination is perfect for my full sized diving pool. I am pleased with the price and quality, and mostly of how it exceeds its manufacturers specifications as to how long the light lasts. So far it has been great and I recommend it highly.

Light Stays on for 6-8 Hours per night after charging for about 8 hours.Very bright light has a good spread of light for a pool of about 30 by 18 feet. Seal where the charger is inserted in light looks like it could leak , but
has not so far. Good product wood highly recommend.
